With over 25 years experience in event management, Mike Lazaro, founder and owner of Carp Events, produces seamless events from concept to completion. Mike has been involved from the ground up on fundraisers, street festivals, concerts, large corporate conventions and televised sporting events. In addition to providing logistical and managerial support on major events, Mike also serves on a number of non-profit boards such as the Avocado Festival and the Alcazar Theater. Many of the events Mike has helped establish have a philanthropic side geared toward benefiting community and youth organizations.

Jill Mazursky is a producer, director and writer. She iprocued David Crosby: Remember My Name” alongside Cameron Crowe, which Sony Pictures Classics acquired for distribution in 2019; “Fiddlin’” ; “The Babushkas of Chernobyl”; Keep on Keepin’ On,” which made the oscar short list and “Love Means Zero” for Showtime. She currently working on a movie about the “99ers” for Netflix.

Jennie Reinish started in television production working for CNBC in 1993. She has extensive experience working on both feature and documentary films. Her documentary on wildfires, "Behind the Lines" is a multi-national award winner. She has worked on major motion pictures with the Montecito Picture Company, on television programs such as Falling Skies and Say Yes to the Dress, and on commercial projects with Gatorade, Weight Watchers, CNN and ABC World News. Her passion for creating intensely personal documentaries such as wedding videos and family biographies was the catalyst for the creation of Riviera Productions.

Josh Pangan is currently a business operations and IT professional in the healthcare space. He has worn multiple hats across various organizations, giving him exposure and insight into Sales, Customer Service & Success, Marketing and overall operations. He has levraged a variety of technology tools along with defined business processes for rapid organizational transformation.

Josh is a resident of Carpinteria, where he lives with his wife, Angela, and two sons, Leo & Silas.
